Promote mind and body connection and free up the neck, shoulders and lower back. In addition this practice includes mindful yoga postures to promote deeper flexibility, as well as strength and balance in all parts of the body
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time.
Yin Yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy.
Release tension, energise the body and calm the mind. Yin Yoga is a real treat. Furthermore it promotes good health likewise great flexibility. The poses are held from 45sec up to 5 minutes or more.
Connect with your body and breath through purposeful, gentle movement and stretches. Finish with quiet reflection or a guided meditation.
