Please note our cancellation window is 12 hours for classes. For Personal Training, Treatments & Workshops, the cancellation window is 24 hours (sometimes longer) please check the terms and conditions on the relevant workshop page. While we do fully appreciate that late cancellations often happen for reasons beyond your control – illness, weather, British Rail (!), childcare, family or other valid reasons – it is impossible for us to administrate and arbitrate late cancellations or to reallocate spaces, so all late cancellations are automatically charged without exception – thank you for understanding. If you have missed the cancellation deadline, please still “late cancel” so that the teacher knows not to expect you. Note; that we do not accept cancellations by phone or email; all cancellations must be made via your online account.

Waiting List

We have a waiting list for up to five people per class; classes can get fully booked during peak times but it is unusual for someone not to get a place in the class they would like. If a class is full, add your name to the waiting list and an email will be sent to you if a space comes free.

If you are added from the waiting list and can no longer attend, you must cancel your reservation as normal. (our 12-hour cancellation policy does not apply to the wait

Personal Training & Treatment Cancellation.

You must contact your Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist directly to cancel or change a booked sessions. All sessions must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 24hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling Sessions. Including a consultation. If you’re booked into a personal training session or a treatment, but miss it or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for it.

All pre-paid block courses, sessions and packages have a completion date. Outstanding sessions will not be carried over the completion date unless a prior agreement has been made with the Personal Trainer or Therapist.

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

This offer expire 28 days from the day you attend your first class. The offer is for the client to have an option of trying different classes at a cheaper rate than our normal class rate. Make sure you get your classes within that time frame. When your voucher has expired we cannot extend!

Training Points cannot guarantee by paying for a pass, that there will always be space available in class

We reserve the right to make changes to our schedule which includes a reduced schedule during school holidays; wherever possible changes such as teacher substitutions, cancelled classes, time changes, holiday closures, will be reflected on our online schedule

If a booking is affected by a schedule change, you will be notified by email as long as you are opted in for notifications at our website (we do not send notifications for teacher substitutions)

Online payments are provided by Netbanx (on behalf of Optimal Payments via bsport). By using this service you agree Training Points is not responsible for the process of capturing your financial data. All sales are final, strictly no refunds.

Waiver of liability

Upon registering with us you will be required to accept our waiver of liability. This is mandatory, along with disclosing your injuries or medical conditions. This waiver of liability statement applies to all services taken with us.

Security

Training Points takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, however we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online. By using Training Points website you accept the inherent security implications of dealing online and will not hold Training Points responsible for any breach of security unless such breach has been caused by Training Points negligence.

Right to refuse

We reserve the right to dismiss you from using our services at any time. It is your responsibility to inform us of any injury, pregnancy, or medical conditions before the start of every session, and we reserve the right to refuse entry on this basis. If you are new to physical exercise it is advisable that you consult a doctor or physician before attending class. You should not use our services under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

T&Cs Giftcards

Giftcards expire 6 months from purchase of card.

All sales are final. Payments for sessions, passes, workshops, programmes, products, retail and gift certificates in any amount are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions. If a package is bought and only part used there will be no refund available for the remaining sessions.

Classes are sold in blocks of 4, 5, 10, Memberships or such other combinations as Training Points Fitness & Therapy may introduce from time to time. Class fees are non refundable. Class fees may be increased by Training Points Fitness & Therapy at any time. The Proprietor shall give Clients not less than 14 days notice prior to any such increases.
