Promote mind and body connection and free up the neck, shoulders and lower back, this practice includes mindful yoga postures to promote deeper flexibility, strength and balance in all parts of the body
You will gradually build strength and flexibility followed by some restorative poses towards the end of the class – to promote relaxation and calm before the weekend.
Time for ’Active Relaxation’.
These classes are excellent opportunities to learn
how to engage the body in a gentle yet deeply conscious manner. You will feel relaxed, settled and energised after the class.
These Chinese Medical arts help to build great foundation, improving posture and balance whilst also unravelling the emotional blockages built up in our musculature (tense shoulders, back pain, etc).
In the fusion classes we mainly focus on standing Qigong exercises to relax the nervous system and to gently open up our body with smooth, slow, mindful movements.
This is followed by Wudang Tai Chi Chuan basics, preparing for the 28 steps form.
All classes include either sitting or standing meditation (Zhan Zhuang).

Pilates Inspired – this class is a flow through the body focusing on strengthening the core and other muscles that can help improve our posture. Expect a mix of exercises to lengthening, balance, tone and strength. A class with Pilates and Barre holds and contraction to music!
