Taylor is the co-owner Training Points, a Personal Training, Fitness & Wellness hub in Crystal Palace, Upper Norwood. He focuses on his client’s muscle tone, endurance and core strength, using a combination of HIIT, kettle bells, boxing and core strengthening exercises to help clients achieve their goals. Taylor is upbeat and tireless, and inspires his clients to push themselves to their limits; his sessions are tailored to their needs and are tough but fun.
