Julia Pilkington

Julia graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1995.

 She practises both structural and cranial osteopathy and remains passionate about the benefits osteopathy can bring to patients. Through her focus on individual history and circumstances, coupled with knowledge and skilled hands-on care, she works with you to find the best solution not only to provide freedom from pain and discomfort but to sustain this change and to promote future health.
Julia has a special interest in the prevention of chronic pain patterns and the integration of our current understanding of the physiology of stress and its effects on body systems into her work. This is alongside an interest in women’s health and wide experience of caring for women pre- and post-partum.
