Pregnancy Pilates & Personal Training -The Full Works

Train with a pregnancy specialist, book a 60min sessions of either Pilates or Personal Training, with extra techniques to prepare for labour.

These sessions can be a mix of Pilates, Yoga and Personal Training Strength and Conditioning, Realignment and Fascial Release.

The sessions will always be based on your goal.

We also focus on preparing you for birth, giving you techniques, that you and your partner can use in labour. Along with Breathing techniques and a little introduction into Hypnobirthing.

Prior to the session you will have small consultation over the phone and one on your first session.

You can also choose to book our 30 minutes Consultation/Trial.


Diastasis Recti & Pelvic Floor Recovery

Focusing on Diastasis Recti Recovery Training, C-section, Weak Pelvic floor and SPD. We also focus on strengthening the back, improving the strength and posture with toning of the legs & arms as well as your core.

Build up strength & stamina,  correct posture, flexibility.

Post Natal Recovery Pack

Includes 3 x 90 min Massage Therapy and three sessions of 1 to 1 Pilates/ Personal Training

These treatments are with Mathilde, who specialises in Pre/ Post Natal. She will guide you on your journey. Initially you will have a small consultation over the phone and one in the studio with the first session/treatment.
