Join our weekly Mat Pilates class at our studio. In this class you have an option of sliding scale pricing or using the pass you are on.
Barre is a low impact high intensity workout. It focuses on small isometric movements and holds that create tone in the smaller muscles we may not always think about working. Some movements are inspired by the ballet barre technique but have been adapted to suit anyone and everyone. Expect moving to the beat and the classic barre burn in those muscles!
