Flexi Pass 4
General Terms
Rolling monthly payments are automated and continue indefinitely until cancelled.
There is no contract and no minimum subscription period
You can cancel at any time with no notice required, just send us an email to
info@trainingpoints.co.uk
The pass activates on the date you purchase it – you can roll over unused credits to
the following months Flexi Pass upon request by email.
The pass is valid for all our regular Fitness classes ‘In studio and Livestream’.
The pass allows up to 4 classes in the 30 day cycle
It is not possible to extend the pass to allow for sickness, holidays or absences.
Payment must be paid irrespective of whether or not classes are used
You are requested to book ALL classes online in order to secure a place
It is only possible to book for the 30 day cycle for which payment has been taken; if you are unable to book a class, it is usually because the class is falling within the next payment cycle and you will need to wait until that payment has been taken.
Training Points cannot guarantee by paying for a pass, that there will always be space available in class
We reserve the right to make changes to our schedule which includes a reduced schedule during school holidays; wherever possible changes such as teacher substitutions, cancelled classes, time changes, holiday closures, will be reflected on our online schedule
If a booking is affected by a schedule change, you will be notified by email as long as you are opted in for notifications at our website (we do not send notifications for teacher substitutions)
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
Cancellations, No Shows and Late Arrivals.
All class cancellations should be made via our website – we do not accept class cancellations by phone or by email
We operate a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all our classes; a class credit will be debited for cancellations made with less than 6 hours notice
A class credit will be debited from the pass for no shows
Late arrivals will usually not be allowed entry in to the class

Flexi Monthly Fitness Pass -Auto renew until you cancel the pass 8 classes per month
Rollover unused classes to following month.
If you cancel your direct debit before using up your classes you will loose your classes.

LIFESTYLE PASS
Contract duration & automatic renewal
– Terms & Conditions £140 per month.
This is a rolling contract and will continue month by month until the user terminates the contract.
- User must to give Training Points 30 days notice prior to the next billing date in writing. To the email info@trainingpoints.co.uk
- This pricing option entitles the user to attend any appropriate studio classes at Training Points. This excludes workshops, events, 1-1 and therapies.
- Lifestyle passes are available through the Training Points website and our App. Cash payments are not accepted.
- In the event that the lifestyle pass becomes fully subscribed you will be added to the waiting list and advised by email when a place becomes available.
- Lifestyle passes are non-transferable and there is no refund in full or in part.
- Members are restricted to pre-booking a maximum of two classes per day. and max 32 classes per month. This Lifestyle pass contract does not guarantee clients a spot in class. We recommend clients to book their place in advance. These can be booked up to 30 minutes before a class start.
- Extensions or suspensions to membership for sickness or injury are at the discretion of management OR will not be issued. With the exception of pregnancy, the pass can either be paused or cancelled.
- Training Points reserves the right to change the terms and wording of the contract, including prices, at any time and with short notice (the lifestyle pass pricing will be honoured for the initial contract period of 3 months regardless of any price changes). Clients will be notified of any changes to the agreement via email.
- Training Points reserves the right to change, cancel and/or substitute studio classes at any time before the start of the class. Management requests that if you are unable to attend that you cancel your class on the on-line booking system.
- Training Points reserves the right to eject members and to cancel membership due to inappropriate behaviour.
- Training Points are in no way liable for the safe keeping of your belongings. Any lost property will be disposed of periodically.
This membership agreement entitles the user to receive membership perks as displayed on the prices page of the company website (i.e. a discount on other services). These perks and their values are subject to change at any time.
The user will continue to be bound by the terms of this contract, should Training Points classes/studio be affected by force majeure to include but not be limited to any natural disasters, fire or act of god, and any contractual and legal obligations which may require the classes/studio to be relocated or to be shut for an indefinite period. Training Points will endeavour to provide replacement classes should any of these cases arise, however cannot be held responsible for such incidents and inconvenience caused.
30 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE
