This class focuses on the very small and deep muscles in your entire body.
This technique aims to build up inner strength and the breaks down the inner fat cells in the upper and lower body by doing repetitive and meniscus movements which create great burning sensation inside the muscular tissue.
This class brings up your heart rate and makes you sweat.
We mainly use your body weight, elastic bands and 1kg dumb bells in each hand (almost throughout the entire session) and exercise repetition is maximised for full effect.
Release tension, energise the body, calm the mind, challenge yourself… come and enjoy a yoga class & have fun.
Promote mind and body connection and free up the neck, shoulders and lower back, this practice includes mindful yoga postures to promote deeper flexibility, strength and balance in all parts of the body
You will gradually build strength and flexibility followed by some restorative poses towards the end of the class – to promote relaxation and calm before the weekend.
Get fit HIIT
Come and join our low impact HIIT class that will help boost your fitness. If you have taken time out or just want to transition to more dynamic exercises, then join us for this 45 minute strength HIIT class. 45 or 50 seconds on with a 10 or 15 second recovery between each exercise . (A longer recovery can be taken if needed). The class will include a combination of body weight & dumbbell exercises after a dynamic warm up. We will finish with core specific exercises and an all over body stretch. Not suitable for members with Diastasis recti after pregnancy.
