Fascial stretching with flow movements & mobility for muscles and joints. Release muscular tension and realign your body.
Facial ball, foam rollers and deep stretching poses are included.
Sliding price scale available in this class.
Pilates Inspired – this class is a flow through the body focusing on strengthening the core and other muscles that can help improve our posture. Expect a mix of exercises to lengthening, balance, tone and strength. A class with Pilates and Barre holds and contraction to music!
A mindful – or gentle flow to enhance functional mobility.
You will gradually build strength and flexibility followed by some restorative poses towards the end of the class – to promote relaxation and calm before the weekend.
