Pre Natal Toning & Stretching

You can start this class anytime during your pregnancy. We will match each exercise to the individual person depending on their current fitness level.

The focus of this class is to maintain your fitness level. Our aim is to work with the body to the level it can best perform.

By joining this class you will benefit from reducing maternal weight gain and fat accumulation, strengthening your abdominals, reduce leg cramp, improve posture, reduce swelling, enhance muscular balance i.e. relieving backache and general muscle and joint soreness.

The exercises depend on which trimester you’re in. We’re also focusing on stretching and mobility, and we are preparing and working on your strength level for an easier and quicker labour (research are saying regular fitness help and improve labour).
