This Class is OFF our Timetable at them moment, Mathilde who runs the class is on Maternity leave.

Meeting Point
At the Gate to Crystal Palace Park, opposite the pub The Grape and Grain on Anerley Hill.

The class is for any post natal mum -you can be post natal for 2 years. It’s important to strengthening your abdominal walls and pelvic floor.

We push the prams up and down steep hills, interval running, leg exercises, abs, arm exercises and a rewarding stretching at the end.

We include Pilates, posture and corrective exercises. If you need special attention to your abdominals and hips, we recommend that you also join our Monday or Wednesday Post Natal Pilates at 11am at our studio in Coopers Yard. In Those classes we are helping Mum’s with Diastasis Recti (split abdominals) to recover safely, preventing your condition to get worse.

We would love to see as many mums as possible so please spread the word about this class.

Please bring a picnic blanket or a mat so we can have a workout in the grass and the babies can roll around.
