We have small groups of 8 to 14 people in each class. So you get lot of attention and personal training. The levels are Beginner, Intermediate to Advance. You are welcome to join all of our classes.
If you have an injury or anything you feel we need to know about please email us and we can guide you in which group is best for you to start with.
