Going through pregnancy. Your body suffers many changes. Pilates is a great exercise to regain your pre pregnancy body and  continuously strengthening your body to carry your growing baby, toddler and child.

Repair abdominals after birth and C-section. Aim to shift the baby weight, in addition tone up and build strength. As well as, improve stamina, correcting the posture and improve flexibility.

We provide baby mats, just bring a baby blanket.
