Drawing on my knowledge of Mindfulness, Buddhist meditations and guided meditations, I will take you further into yourself to help you achieve bliss!

The practice of meditation is an essential component on the 8 limbs of Yoga, as prescribed by the great Patanjali! By indulging in my class you give yourself a fuller, richer experience of pure being!

I can give you helpful pointers for you to carry on your meditation practice at home.

An excellent add on class, if you have just finished a yoga class. After prepping your body and “OMing ” your self centred with Asanas, prepare the mind for pure withdrawal.
