Have you had a cesarean, or are your abdominals split?

We can check you carefully it to see if you have diastasia recti (if you are not sure) we are measuring to see how wide and long the split is /how many finger gaps there are between your abdominal.

If you still look pregnant months after giving birth, you may have diastasis recti, that is the rectus abdominis muscles that have separated during pregnancy or if you had a C-section.

Following a strict training program , we can help you on your way to heal. It’s important that you allow time to heal your abdominals after your 1st pregnancy, even more so if you had your second pregnancy we can still work on healing the abdominals, this may take longer.
We teach you how to help your muscles to recover. Sometimes we recommend our abdominal sacral massage to aid in recovery along with the training program.
